When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, and transaction ID. This information is necessary for order processing and payment verification. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed via UPI through your banking app.

Your data is used solely for: (a) Processing and verifying orders, (b) Communicating order status updates, (c) Preventing fraud and duplicate transactions, (d) Improving our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security policies. Admin access is restricted through authentication and role-based authorization. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth). We use browser local storage to persist your cart and wishlist between sessions. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
5. Rate Limiting
We implement server-side rate limiting to protect against abuse. Rate limit records contain only an identifier and timestamp — no personal data is stored in rate limit records.
